Class Styles
Mat Pilates
Our Signature Mat class, designed for all levels. Pilates will strengthen your deep core muscles, increase your flexibility & improve your posture. Small props are included and rotated each week, to challenge different muscles. We design a new class program each week, so you won’t get bored!
Reformer
The Pilates Reformer is a bed-like frame which utilises spring resistance, to move the carriage back and fourth. There is a wide variety of ways to use the Reformer, from lying down to sitting, to challenging your balance by kneeling or standing. Reformer classes are suitable for all levels and are limited to 6 participants per sessions, which offers a semi-private setting. We design a new class program each week, so you won’t get bored!
Barre
Barre (pronounced Bar) is a beautiful blend of Pilates, Yoga and Ballet Barre exercises. Incorporating Hand Weights, a small Ball, resistant bands, mat-work and the Barre to tone and reshape your body. Be prepared to get a little sweaty and to feel the burn! Barre is suitable for all levels (yes, even beginners) and dance experience is NOT required. We design a new class program each week, so you won’t get bored!
Yoga
Our Yoga classes are suitable for all levels and are strong, flowing and dynamic. You’ll move through a series of postures, synchronised with your breath. You’ll build strength, work on your balance and gain mental clarity. Finish the class with a beautiful guided meditation or Savasana, to see you floating out the door. We design a new class program each week, so you won’t get bored!
Flow
Created by our Founder Nikki Jury, you can expect our signature Flow class to be a fusion of Pilates, Yoga and deep Stretching. Enjoy a mindful Flow to tone and stretch your entire body. Ending with a beautiful guided meditation to unwind and fully relax. Don’t be fooled though, Flow class will still give you a lovely burn. We design a new class program each week, so you won’t get bored!
