Reformer Flow
Reformer Flow is the perfect mix of strength, mobility and flexibility. This class is ideal for beginners, those who are returning to Pilates, or anyone who wants to refine technique and enjoy a deeper stretch. We slow it down and take you back to basics, encouraging a mind-body connection through a flowing combination of movement and stretching.

Reformer Sculpt
Perfect for every-one… Reformer Sculpt is our signature, open level class which will lengthen and tone your entire body. Starting with a short mindfulness practice to bring your awareness to the present moment, we will then start building intensity with layered exercises and modifications to suit everyone. With a strong emphasis on technique, you’ll leave this class feeling physically energised and mentally calm.

Reformer Sweat
Reformer Sweat will revitalise your body & mind through dynamic, uplifting and energising movements. You can expect a class similar to Reformer Sculpt with some slightly heavier weights, a few short cardio bursts and the occasional Jump-board session (which is really fun!)
Beginner Friendly: Yes. Some Reformer experience is recommended, but not essential.

Mat Pilates
Our Signature Mat Pilates class will strengthen your deeper core muscles, increase your flexibility, improve your posture and overall fitness. Strength work including Lunges and Squats are added to the program. This class will leave you feeling stronger, taller and more in tune with your body.

Barre
Barre is a fusion of Pilates & dance-inspired exercises to create a full body, dynamic workout. Incorporating hand weights, a small ball, mat-work and the Barre to tone and reshape your body. With consistent Barre practice you’ll increase your overall strength, cardio fitness and flexibility. This isn’t a dance class, so you don’t need any dance experience… and we love to see men attending our Barre classes too!

Mat Stretch
Mat Stretch & Release is a beautiful blend of Mobility and Stretching exercises. This is a deeply nourishing class that promotes spinal health, better posture, elongates tight muscles and will leave you feeling uplifted and calm. The perfect addition to your weekly schedule.
