Reformer Sculpt

Reformer Sculpt is our signature, open level class which will lengthen and tone your entire body. Starting with a short mindfulness practice to bring your awareness to the present moment, we will then start building intensity with layered exercises and modifications to suit everyone. With a strong emphasis on technique, you’ll leave this class feeling physically energised and mentally calm.
Reformer Sweat
Beginner Friendly: We recommend taking at least 5 Reformer Sculpt classes prior to progressing to Reformer Sweat
Prenatal Friendly: No
Postnatal Friendly: Please contact us if you are under 12 weeks postnatal and wish to join this class
Reformer Sweat will challenge your entire body, make you sweat, elevate your mood and leave you feeling worked. Expect small props to add some spice, including the occasional Jumpboard session.

This class is for every body. Reformer Flow is the perfect mix of strength, mobility and flexibility. We slow it down and take you back to basics, encouraging a mind-body connection through a flowing combination of movement and stretching. This class is ideal for beginners, those who are returning to Pilates, or anyone who wants to refine technique and enjoy a deeper stretch.
Mat Pilates

Our Signature Mat class is designed for all levels. Pilates will strengthen your deeper core muscles, increase your flexibility, improve your posture and overall fitness. Small props are included and rotated each week to challenge different muscles. This class will leave you feeling stronger, taller and more in tune with your body.
Barre

Barre is a fusion of Pilates and Dance exercises to create a full body dynamic workout. Incorporating Hand Weights, a small Ball, resistant bands, mat-work and the Barre to tone and reshape your body. With consistent Barre practice you’ll increase your overall strength, cardio fitness and flexibility. Be prepared to get a little sweaty and to feel the burn.
Yoga Vinyasa

A Vinyasa inspired class offering you the perfect balance between strength, flexibility and mental clarity. Experience freedom and flow as you move through a series of postures synchronised with your breath.
