“Mindful Movement Pilates is a wonderful studio on the Central Coast that has helped me build strength in my body and help me gain a great work life balance with their amazing class structure. The Pilates instructors are very passionate about Pilates which is emulated within the spirit of the studio. It is a positive and friendly studio, and has been so welcoming since my start early November. Always a highlight of my day is a Pilates class in the Studio!”

“At first I was worried I might not be able to last the distance for a Pilates class since I have bad sciatica and back pain. But boy was I wrong. The Instructors helped me so much by showing me safe ways to do the exercises and encouraged me to do other stretches to help my sciatica. They showed genuine empathy as I am also a migraine sufferer and even takes the time to correct my posture during class so that my Pilates moves don’t trigger the migraines. Thank you so much for all your help. My flexibility and muscle strength has improved because of your Studio. I love the classes. Thank u for your care and time.”

The Instructors dedication to each individual and their needs means that everyone gets the most out of the class. The Instructors are encouraging, knowledgeable and hilarious . “I found Pilates as I’d been told I needed to build up my core and glutes for injury prevention and back pain relief. I work in the area and was recommended to give Pilates a try. Wow, what 4 months of Pilates has done for me is exceptional. I now have a strong bum, and on my way to seeing abs that I haven’t seen in 20 years. More importantly the benefits when playing my sports, specifically soccer is so noticeable. My mobility and strength is so much better.
Their classes are the perfect size. Not too few so as to feel self conscious and not too many that you don’t get proper instruction. I highly recommend Mindful Movement Pilates Studio. It’s literally life changing! Oh and I’ve lost a few kilos to boot!”
