Terms & Conditions
SIGN UP ~ There is a minimum 12 week sign up for all In-Studio Memberships. There is no minimum signup for the Online Studio, cancel anytime and it will end after your current payment cycle.
SUSPENSIONS ~ You can place your Membership on hold a maximum of 3 times per calendar year, for a maximum of 1 month each hold. Any additional holds will incur a $10 fee. Backdating is not permitted. A minimum of 1 week written notice via email, with a start and end date is needed to put your Membership on hold.
CANCELLATION ~ 4 weeks written notice via email is required to cancel your membership. Once cancellation notice has been received, you will be charged 4 more weeks until payments cease.
CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY ~ Our Cancellation Policy is 3 hours for any booked classes.
LATE CANCEL & NO SHOW FEE’S ~ If you cancel within 3 hours of your scheduled class or do not show up for your booking, you will be charged as though you attended;
UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP holders will incur a $10 Late Cancel fee and a $15 No Show fee.
1, 2, or 3 CLASS MEMBERSHIP holders will forfeit their pre-paid class for a Late Cancel. There is an additional $10 fee for a No Show.
CASUAL PASS holders will forfeit their pre-paid class.
10 CLASS PASS holders will forfeit their pre-paid class.
FUNDS ~ By entering any Membership you authorise us to arrange for funds to be debited from your account or charged to your credit card on a weekly basis. Payment is due the day of the week you became a member. Please ensure there is enough funds in your account for your membership payment and for any additional late cancel/no show fee’s.
UNUSED CLASS CREDITS ~ Unused Classes will not roll over to the following week.
WAITLIST ~ We offer a Waitlist service. If a space becomes available and you are first on the waitlist, you will be automatically booked into the class. By adding yourself to the waitlist you commit to attending the class if a space becomes available. It is your responsibility to cancel yourself off the waitlist within the 3 hour cancellation policy time-frame if you can no longer attend the class. It is your responsibility to have notifications turned on or to check the Mindful Movement Studio app, or our website booking page to check if you have received a space. Late cancel and no show fees apply.
CASUAL PASSES ~ All Casual Passes, Private and Duet sessions have a 1 month expiry and cannot be extended.
10 PASSES ~ All 10 Class Passes have a 6 month expiry and cannot be extended.
PURCHASE TERMS ~ All purchases are final and cannot be refunded, transferred or exchanged.
INTRO PASS ~ Our Intro Pass is a one-time purchase and for new members only. There is no late cancel/no show fee for this pass but please be courteous and cancel if you cannot make it.
CLASS NUMBERS ~ We require a minimum of 2 participants for any class to go ahead. If by 2 hours before a class commences there are less than 2 people booked in, the class will be cancelled and you will be notified immediately with your class credit restored.
BOOKINGS ~ Bookings are essential and can be booked a maximum of 3 weeks in advance.
CLASS CANCELLATIONS ~ We reserve the right to cancel classes and substitute Instructors. We reserve the right to refuse access to any person if, in our view, that person is not in the best interest of Mindful Movement Studio or our members.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS ~ Please place your belongings in the shelves provided and put your phone on silent or turn it off. We hold no responsibility for loss of your personal property or valuables whilst attending class.
SOCIAL CONTENT ~ We may take photos or videos during class for social media. If you don’t wish to be photographed or filmed please email us at info@mindfulmovementstudio.com.au
GRIP SOCKS ~ Grip socks must be worn during class for health reasons and for safety.
ARRIVAL ~ Classes start promptly at the scheduled time, please arrive 5 minutes early.
SAFETY ~ You acknowledge that you will inform Mindful Movement Studio after becoming aware of any medical conditions or factors that may place you at risk. You are responsible for informing Mindful Movement Studio of any symptoms before, during or after class. You will inform us of any medical conditions that may put our staff & members at risk.
