Class Rules, Health & Safety

  • Bookings are essential and can be made via the Mindful Movement Studio app, Glofox app or our website (www.mindfulmovementstudio.com.au)
  • Our cancellation policy is 4 hours. If you cancel within 4 hours of your booked class or do not show up, you will incur a Late Cancel/No Show fee as stated under the ‘Late Cancellations / No Shows ‘category in these Terms & Conditions
  • Mat Pilates, Yoga and Barre classes require a minimum of 3 participants to go ahead. If by 2 hours before a class commences there are less than 3 people booked in, the class will be cancelled.
  • Reformer classes require a minimum of 2 participants to go ahead. If by 2 hours before a class commences there are less than 2 people booked in, the class will be cancelled.
  • Classes can be booked a maximum of 2 weeks in advance.
  • We offer a Waitlist service. If a space becomes available and you are first on the waitlist, you will be automatically booked into the class. By adding yourself to the waitlist you commit to attending the class if a space becomes available. It is your responsibility to cancel yourself off the waitlist within the 4 hour cancellation policy time-frame if you can no longer attend the class. It is your responsibility to have notifications turned on or to check the Mindful Movement Studio app, Glofox app or our website booking page to check if you have received a space. Late cancel and no show fees apply.
  • We reserve the right to cancel classes and substitute Instructors.
  • We reserve the right to refuse access to any person if, in our view, that person is not in the best interest of Mindful Movement Studio or our members.
  • We hold no responsibility for loss of your personal property or valuables whilst attending class. 
  • We may take photos or videos during class for social media. If you don’t wish to be photographed or filmed please email us at info@mindfulmovementstudio.com.au
  • Grip socks must be worn during class for health reasons and for safety.
  • Classes start promptly at the scheduled time, you may arrive 5-10 minutes early to get set up and ready to start. 
  • You acknowledge that you will inform Mindful Movement Studio after becoming aware of any medical conditions or factors that may place you at risk. You are responsible for informing Mindful Movement Studio of any symptoms before, during or after class. You will inform us of any medical conditions that may put our staff & members at risk. 

Late Cancellations / No Shows

  • Please give at least 4 hours notice to cancel yourself out of class via the Mindful Movement Studio App, Glofox app or via our website.
  • If you cancel within 4 hours of your scheduled class or do not show up for your booking, you will be charged as though you attended; 
  • ‘Unlimited Membership’ holders will incur a $15 Late Cancel fee and a $20 No Show fee. 
  • ‘2 Class Membership’ & ‘3 Class Membership’ holders will forfeit their pre-paid class and will also incur a $10 No Show fee (there is no extra fee for a late cancellation).
  • Casual Pass & 10 Class Pass holders will forfeit their pre-paid class.

Memberships & Passes

  • You can place your Membership on hold a maximum of 2 times per calendar year, for a maximum of 1 month each hold. Any additional holds will incur a $10 fee. Backdating is not permitted. A minimum of 1 week written notice via email, with a start and end date is needed to put your Membership on hold. 
  • There is a minimum 1 month sign up for all Memberships and 1 month written notice via email to cancel your membership. Once cancellation notice has been received, you will be charged 4 more weeks until payments cease.
  • There are no cancellation fees to terminate your membership.
  • Unused Classes will not roll over to the following week.
  • All Casual Passes, Private and Duet sessions have a 1 month expiry and cannot be extended.
  • All 10 Class Passes have a 6 month expiry and cannot be extended.
  • All purchases are final and cannot be refunded, transferred or exchanged.
  • Our Intro Pass is a one-time purchase and for new members only. There is no late cancel/no show fee for this pass but please be courteous and cancel if you cannot make it.
  • By entering any Membership you authorise us to arrange for funds to be debited from your account or charged to your credit card on a weekly basis. Payment is due the day of the week you became a member. Please ensure there is enough funds in your account for your membership payment and for any additional late cancel/no show fee’s.
