FAQ's.

Not at all! We have a broad range of classes available, so you can decide whether you want to use props or not. You can do most of the equipment classes with things you can find around your house, for example: Water bottles for hand weights or a rolled up towel instead of a small ball.

If you would like to utilise props for your workouts, we can recommend:

  • Hand Weights: 1-1.5kg each
  • Resistance Band: Light to Medium resistance
  • Magic Circle: Any brand is perfect
  • Small Ball: Around 20cm in diameter
  • Fitball: Pick the size that suits your height, when sitting, you should have a 90degree angle through your hips and knees.
  • Foam Roller: Full length, any density is fine

Of course! Our workouts are designed for all levels, as Nikki demonstrates easier & harder options throughout. If a workout is more Advanced, it will state this in the ‘About’ section of the workout video, or in the workout name itself. You can also filter the classes by choosing the beginners level.

We have a Pre-natal category for you to pick classes from, which are all pregnancy friendly! You will even find that Nikki was pregnant whilst filming some of the workouts and will mention at the start of those classes, if it’s suitable for pregnancy. Please always listen to your body and rest when you need. If you are in your second or third trimester, do not lie on your stomach at anytime. If you have a high-risk pregnancy, we don’t recommend starting Pilates without a Doctors clearance.

Of course! Please have your Doctors clearance to get back into exercise before commencing online classes (normally around the 6-8 week mark). Depending on how your body is recovering (as we know every-body and every-labour is different), we recommend to start with beginners workouts (for example: “Pre-Pilates”). 

Yes, you will receive an email every Monday morning with your new weekly schedule.

Simply go to Account > Subscriptions > then on the right there are options to ‘Update’, ‘Pause’ or ‘Cancel’ your membership. Select ‘Cancel’ to cancel your membership at anytime.

Yes, you will also have access until the end of your billing cycle after you cancel.

Yes, your billing cycle is automatic from your first payment date, either monthly, 3 monthly or annually, depending on which membership option you have chosen.

To make things easier we ask for your credit card details upfront, but you will only be charged after the 7 day free trial ends. You can cancel your membership at anytime.

Simply go to Account > Subscriptions > then on the right there is the option to ‘Update’. Here you can update/change your credit card details.

Simply go to Account > Home > then on the bottom there is ‘Change Password’. Here you can change your password.
